从广西紫花芒果病分离出了芒果蒂腐病菌Ｂｏｔｒｙｏｄｉｐｌｏｄｉａｔｈｅｏｂｒｏｍａｅ，并对其生物学特性进行了研究。结果表明，该菌的最适生长温度为２８～３４℃，最适ｐＨ值在５．０～５．５间，光可以诱导子座及分生孢子器的形成。室内药剂测定结果表明，多菌灵对该菌抑制作用最强。
Botryodiplodiatheobromae was isolated from Guangxi violet mango disease and its biological characteristics were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature for the growth of the strain was 28 ~ 34 ℃ and the optimum pH was between 5.0 and 5.5. The light could induce the formation of sub-loci and conidia. The results of indoor pharmacy show that carbendazim has the strongest inhibitory effect on this bacterium.
