2008年5月12日14时28分,四川省发生了里氏8级的大地震,温家宝总理在发生地震的第一时间到达受害地区汶川县视察灾情,指导抗震救灾。
At 14:28 on May 12, 2008, a magnitude-8 earthquake hit Sichuan Province. Premier Wen Jiabao arrived in Wenchuan County, the victimized area, to inspect the disaster as soon as the earthquake took place, instructing earthquake relief.
