目的:评价MRA、CTA与DSA血管造影对脑血管疾病诊断价值。方法:通过MRA、CTA及DSA三种不同血管成像法对脑血管疾病成像结果进行对比研究。结果:表明CTA、MRA和DSA血管成像都可以旋转,清楚显示正常血管形态和病变且能从不同方位观察。以最佳角度显示病灶的大小、形态。结论:对比研究结果表明:三种血管成像方法对脑血管疾病都能明确定位、定性,正确诊断率高,在统计学上无显著性差别,有很高的临床诊断价值。DSA是一种创伤性检查,对脑血管疾病诊断仍是金标准。而MRA、SCTA属于微创和无创性检查,是首选的检查方法。SCTA和MRA检出小动脉瘤手和动静脉畸形病例可直接X-刀、r-刀装置配套,优于DSA;而DSA对较大的动脉瘤破裂及动静脉畸形病例可进行直接介入治疗。
Objective: To evaluate the value of MRA, CTA and DSA angiography in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: MRA, CTA and DSA three different vascular imaging of cerebrovascular disease imaging results were compared. RESULTS: CTA, MRA, and DSA angiography were shown to be able to rotate, clearly showing normal blood vessel morphology and pathology and were observed in different directions. CONCLUSION: The results of comparative study show that the three methods of vascular imaging can clearly locate cerebrovascular diseases, and their diagnostic accuracy is high. There is no statistically significant difference between the two methods, which is of great value in clinical diagnosis. DSA is a traumatic examination, the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease remains the gold standard. The MRA, SCTA are minimally invasive and noninvasive examination, is the preferred method of inspection. SCTA and MRA detection of small aneurysms and arteriovenous malformation cases can be directly X-knife, r-knife device support, better than DSA; and DSA larger aneurysm rupture and arteriovenous malformations cases can be directly interventional treatment.
