天津市刑侦工作的主要成绩和基本经验这些年来,天津市刑侦战线取得很大成绩。主要反映在5个方面:□注重增强侦察破案能力,有效打击了刑事犯罪活动多年来,全市各级刑侦部门在“严打”斗争中,充分发挥职能作用和自己的优势,组织开展多种形式的破案战役、破案会战,深挖犯罪分子,保持了严打的力度和声势。据统计,1990-1994的5年间,全市共破获各类刑事案件108116起,其中重特大案件23944起;通过破案共抓获刑事犯罪分子38747名,其中逮捕13603名,劳教、少管2654名;摧毁各类犯罪团伙2587个,涉及成员8414名;缴获赃款及赃物折款达25258万元。经侦工作的成绩也很大,通过破案,共追缴赃款及赃物折款达58503万元,使470多个濒临破产倒闭的企业恢复生机。这些年来,各级刑侦部门始终把严重暴力案件、命案、骚扰一片的系列案件、严重危及群众安全感和经济建设的案件作为攻坚的重
