上颌骨前牵引是早期矫治上颌发育不足行之有效的方法。微种植支抗的应用增强了上颌骨前牵引的骨性效应,提高了早期矫治的稳定性。上颌扩弓有激活或打开上颌骨缝的作用,在上颌骨前牵引中配合扩弓能否增强牵引的临床效果已经引起临床医生的广泛关注。本文将对骨性Ⅲ类错畸形早期矫治的取舍、不同前牵引方法的有效性及上颌扩弓对前牵引矫治的影响等方面作一综述,以便为该技术的临床应用提供参考。
