目的探究MR电影相位对比成像定向测量不同年龄段颈椎管内脑脊液运动。方法选择2014年8月-2016年8月于深圳市龙岗中心医院进行体检的80例健康志愿者,包括≤14岁14例,15~24岁19例,25~34岁17例,35~44岁18例,≥45岁12例。全部受检者均给予MR电影相位对比成像定向测量,再对比各年龄组收缩期与舒张期的峰值流速、峰值流量指标。结果 C_(2-3)椎间盘水平蛛网膜下腔平均面积为1.46 cm~2,且年龄段间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);≤14岁年龄段颈椎管内脑脊液收缩期平均峰值流速与流量,舒张期平均峰值流速与流量显著高于其他年龄段,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MR电影相位对比成像能够准确定量测量颈椎管内脑脊液的流动特点,为临床诊治脑脊液循环障碍性疾病提供新思路。
Objective To investigate the MR imaging phase contrast imaging orientation measurement cerebrospinal fluid movement in cervical spinal canal at different ages. Methods Eighty healthy volunteers who underwent physical examinations at Longgang Central Hospital from August 2014 to August 2016 were selected, 14 cases were ≤14 years, 19 cases were aged 15-24 years, 17 cases were 25 ~ 34 years old, 35 ~ 44 cases 18 years old, 12 cases ≥45 years old. All subjects were given MR film phase contrast imaging orientation measurement, and then compare the age of systolic and diastolic peak flow rate, peak flow indicators. Results The average subarachnoid area of disc at C_ (2-3) level was 1.46 cm ~ 2, and there was no significant difference between age groups (P> 0.05). The average peak velocity of cerebrospinal fluid systolic phase And flow, diastolic average peak velocity and flow were significantly higher than other age groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion MR phase contrast imaging can accurately measure the flow characteristics of cerebrospinal fluid in cervical spinal canal and provide a new idea for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of cerebrospinal fluid circulatory disorders.
