土鳖虫为鳖蠊科昆虫地鳖Eupolyphaga sinensisWalker或冀地鳖Steleophaga plancyi (Boleny)的雌虫干燥体.性寒味成,用于筋骨折伤、瘀血经闭、症瘕痞块等,是临床常用的破血类药物.本文采用PBS平皿法,通过对比不同处理方法所得溶圈面积的大小,优选了土鳖虫的最佳提取工艺.
