改“425”制剂(中药当归提取物)为口服型,并伍用鲨鱼软骨粉(SCP),制成“425”合剂,用以研究感染血吸虫3周的BALB/c小鼠服用“425”合剂后4周诱导的抗肝内虫卵肉芽肿(SEG)效应及机制。测定小鼠肝内SEG大小,用EtnA检测小鼠血清抗体IgG及其亚类IgGI水平(OD均值);采用流式细胞仪测定小鼠脾脏T细胞亚群的细胞均数和比值。服用“425”合剂(组Ⅰ)和单用SCP(组Ⅲ)小鼠的SEG大小显著小于感染对照鼠(组Ⅳ),组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ(单用“425”制剂)和组Ⅲ的SEG减小车之间无显著性差异;组Ⅰ和组Ⅱ的IgG和ISG1水平均显著高于组Ⅲ和组Ⅳ者;组Ⅰ和组Ⅲ的CD4+/CD8+比值(1.70-1.88)明显高于组Ⅱ(0.95)。实验结果表明,“425”合剂能诱导明显的抗肉芽肿效应,其机制与体液免疫和细胞免疫密切相关;SCP能非常显著诱导细胞免疫效应,特别是具有抗肝内纤维化作用;“425”制剂能明显诱导体液免疫效应。‘本项研究尚未见有类似报道。
The modified “425” preparation (Chinese Angelica extract) was taken orally and shaved cartilage powder (SCP) was used to make a “425” mixture for the study of “425” mixture in BALB/c mice infected with schistosome for 3 weeks. The experimental results show that the “425” mixture can induce significant anti-granulomatous effects, and its mechanism is closely related to humoral immunity and cellular immunity; SCP can very significantly induce cellular immune effects, in particular, has anti-intrahepatic fibrosis; “425” Formulations can significantly induce humoral immune effects. ‘This study has not seen similar reports.
