随着东南沿海地区经济发展水平的提高以及产业结构升级换代趋势的明晰化。东部地区与中西部地区的产业梯度转移问题开始进入人们的视野,国家和地方政府制定了相关政策来支持这种目前的产业梯度转移。产业梯度转移在国外曾有过成功的先例,但相关的经典产业梯度转移理论以及目前的转移模式是否适合我国国情需要人们冷静思考。
With the improvement of economic development in the southeastern coastal areas and the clarification of the trend of industrial upgrading. The problem of industrial gradient transfer between the eastern region and the central and western regions has begun to enter the field of vision. National and local governments have formulated relevant policies to support this current gradient of industrial development. The industrial gradient transfer has had a precedent of success in foreign countries. However, whether the theory of the gradient transfer of the relevant classic industries and the current transfer mode is suitable for China’s national conditions needs people to think calmly.
