目的评价皮下埋植避孕的临床效果及不良反应。方法对158例已过有效期的皮埋者在感染、妊娠率、副反应、终止率、继续使用率等方面进行回顾性分析。结果皮埋剂避孕是一种高效避孕措施,但月经紊乱是最突出的副反应,也是终止使用的主要原因。结论皮下埋植剂用于避孕是一种操作简单、高效、长期的避孕措施,特别是用于因子宫因素不能放置宫内节育器者。但要重视放置后的随访工作,并作一些必要检查,尽早发现一些不良反应。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects and adverse reactions of subcutaneous implantation of contraception. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 158 cases of infected skin, pregnancy rate, side effects, termination rate and continuous use rate. Results Buried contraceptives is a highly effective contraceptive measures, but menstrual disorders are the most prominent side effects, but also the main reason for the termination of use. Conclusion Subcutaneous implants for contraception is a simple, effective and long-term contraceptive method, especially for those who can not place IUD due to uterine factors. However, attention should be paid to the follow-up after placement, and make some necessary checks, as soon as possible to find some adverse reactions.
