大丰县堤防管理处,地处黄海之滨,管辖着大丰县171.27公里的挡潮河堤,下辖14个海堤工管基层单位,现有堤管职工100多人。近年来,在抓好海堤工程管理的同时,又积极发挥自身水土优势,发展水利经济,大搞养殖与种植业,实现了以工程管理促经济发展,以经济振兴促进工程管理上水平的良性循环。其做法是:
