文章根据“刺激—回应”的理论模式,解析张爱玲的乱世创伤的缘由,以及这一乱世创伤对作家文学创作的具体影响与表现。认为张爱玲的文学作品弥漫着郁郁苍苍的乱世之感,这种乱世之感主要来自于作家切实的战争体验所带来的巨大的心理刺激和精神创伤,张爱玲的文学创作某种程度上正是这一创伤记忆的展现。具体表现在:一是两种截然迥异的文学风格即沉重与闲适;二是通过对婚姻和家的渴求的热衷,刻画市民阶层的精神惶恐。
