Recently, a number of Chinese enterprises have encountered resistance in the development of the United States. On October 8, the U.S. House Intelligence Committee released a report saying Huawei and ZTE may threaten the security of U.S. national communications. The latest news is that the U.S. Congress has launched the second round of investigations against Huawei and ZTE. Then, even more reassuring is that Sany Heavy Industry sued US President Barack Obama. The United States, on the ground of security, did not approve SANY’s involvement in wind power projects, nor was it allowed to approach the aftermath. The documents signed by Obama are both violating U.S. law and ignoring international laws, and they are too far behind. It is not the first time that Chinese enterprises have invested in the United States and suffered such unfair treatment. In the past, the attitude of Chinese enterprises was rather negative.
