日本是一个重大自然灾害频发的国家。长年的多发性灾害提升了日本政府、社会、媒介和民众的抗灾救灾能力,从而使日本广播在防灾救灾中起到了不可估量的重要作用。甚至有了“广播救了灾害大国日本”这样的提法。广播在重大突发灾害面前如何起到“社会的神经中枢”的重要作用?本文介绍了日本广播在媒介功能理念、重大灾害报道运作规则及应对机制方面的做法。
Japan is a country where major natural disasters are frequent.
