“一带一路”是我国新一轮扩大对外开放的重大战略决策,不仅为中国提供了新的国际合作框架,同时也为国内各省市的发展提供了新思路。“一带一路”沿线国家与河南省产业结构具有较强的互补性,为河南省产业发展带来了新机遇。深度融入“一带一路”战略,将有助于化解河南产能过剩矛盾,引导企业向产业链高端跃升,有助于打造国际产业合作新模式,拓展产业合作空间与潜力。鉴于此,河南应立足自身发展优势,顺势突围,充分吸收“一带一路”的战略红利,实现产业结构的优化与升级。
The Belt and Road initiative is a new round of China’s major strategic decision to expand its opening to the outside world. It not only provides China with a new framework of international cooperation, but also provides new ideas for the development of various provinces and municipalities in China. “Belt and Road” along the line with the industrial structure in Henan Province has a strong complementarity, for the industrial development in Henan Province has brought new opportunities. The deep integration into the Belt and Road strategy will help to resolve the overcapacity contradiction in Henan Province and lead enterprises to leap to the top of the industrial chain. This will help create a new mode of international industrial cooperation and expand the space and potential for industrial cooperation. In view of this, Henan should be based on its own development advantages, take advantage of the opportunity to break through and fully absorb the “one belt, one road” strategic dividend to achieve the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.
