随着我国社会经济的发展,老百姓对文化的需求越来越迫切,新形势下公共图书馆的发展也迎来了较好的时机。公共图书馆可以说是传播精神文化,丰富老百姓业务生活的主要场所,对社会经济的发展起到了一定的影响。公共图书馆作为一项重大的民生工程,在我国的社会发展中起到了一定的积极作用。新形势下,为了全面实现小康社会,促进我国的精神文明建设发展,必须重视公共图书馆的发展,采取有力的措施提升图书馆的服务质量。本文中,笔者结合自身的工作实际,探究了新形势下,我国公共图书馆发展中存在的问题及对策,希望能对公共图书馆的发展起到一定的积极作用。
With the social and economic development in our country, people’s demand for culture is getting more and more urgent. The development of public libraries also ushers in a better time in the new situation. The public library can be said to be the main venue for spreading spiritual culture and enriching the ordinary people’s business life, which has exerted a certain influence on the social and economic development. As a major livelihood project, public libraries play a positive role in the social development of our country. Under the new situation, in order to realize the well-off society in an all-round way and to promote the spiritual civilization construction and development in our country, we must attach importance to the development of public libraries and take effective measures to improve the service quality of libraries. In this article, the author, combined with his own work, explores the problems and countermeasures in the development of public libraries in our country under the new situation, hoping to play a positive role in the development of public libraries.
