使用热等静压处理制备了锻压机床用新型Fe-Cr-Mo-Ni-C-Y铁基耐磨合金,并进行了物相组成、显微组织、耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能的测试与分析。结果表明,该合金由占大部分的马氏体和少量的(Cr2.5Fe4.3Mo1)C3相、(Cr,Fe)7C3相、Cr7C3相和Mo2C相组成,具有较佳的耐磨损性能和耐腐蚀性能;摩擦系数在摩擦磨损约1.5 min后基本稳定在0.23,磨损试验后表面仅有少量浅而细的磨痕;合金经过240 h中性盐雾腐蚀后的质量损失率为2.16%。
A new type of Fe-Cr-Mo-Ni-CY iron-based wear-resistant alloy forging machine tool was prepared by hot isostatic pressing, and its phase composition, microstructure, wear resistance and corrosion resistance were tested and analyzed . The results show that the alloy consists of martensite and a small amount of (Cr2.5Fe4.3Mo1) C3 phase, (Cr, Fe) 7C3 phase, Cr7C3 phase and Mo2C phase and has better wear resistance and The coefficient of friction is basically stable at 0.23 after frictional wear for about 1.5 min. There is only a small amount of light and fine wear marks on the surface after the wear test. The mass loss rate of the alloy after salt spray corrosion for 240 h is 2.16%.
