目的:观察药物甘露聚糖肽注射液联合羟喜树碱联合腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效。方法:对符合本资料的48例恶性胸腔积液患者应用甘露聚糖肽注射液联合羟喜树碱胸腔内注射治疗。结果:48例患者经上述治疗,总有效率95.8%。结论:甘露聚糖肽注射液联合羟喜树碱胸腔内注射可提高疗效,明显改善生活质量。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the curative effect of drug mannan glycopeptide injection and hydroxycamptothecin combined with intracavitary injection in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. Methods: 48 patients with malignant pleural effusion consistent with this information were given mannan polysaccharide injection combined with intra-thoracic injection of hydroxycamptothecine. Results: 48 patients with the above treatment, the total efficiency of 95.8%. Conclusion: Mannan peptide injection combined with intra-thoracic injection of hydroxycamptothecine can improve the curative effect and significantly improve the quality of life.
