过去的德育教育的中心是教学生如何做一个中规中矩的人,现代的德育工作越来越重视学生的个性发挥,加强德育工作已成全体教育工作者的共识。对于中学德育存在的问题,许多德育工作者从不同角度、不同层面进行了探究。本文从班主任工作的切身体会入手,结合优秀老师的工作经验,提出工作中老师必须具备的素质和能力,通过有效的途径来解决目前师生关系中出现的问题。
