以白金电极作为指示电极,甘汞电极作为参考电极,采用微机控制,对土壤有机质消煮液进行电位自动滴定.结果表明,分析速度和精度得到很大的提高.当滴定剂的耗用量在5ml左右时,变异系数小于0.5%.
Using platinum electrode as the indicator electrode and calomel electrode as the reference electrode, microcomputer control was used to titrate the potential of soil organic matter digestion and digestion solution.The results showed that the analysis speed and accuracy were greatly improved.When the consumption of titrant was between About 5ml, the coefficient of variation is less than 0.5%.
