本文介绍了阿克苏河流域的水资源特点及流域水资源管理体制历史沿革,分析了阿克苏河流域目前仍存在水资源管理方面的问题,提出了提高阿克苏河流域水资源管理水平和能力的对策。
This paper introduces the characteristics of water resources and historical evolution of basin water resources management system in Aksu River Basin. It analyzes the current water resource management problems in Aksu River Basin, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the management level and capability of water resources in Aksu River Basin.
