晚期前列腺癌的治疗至今未取得重大进展,但最近的研究显示Hedgehog信号通路,在晚期前列腺癌(Pca)中起到重要作用。本文就Hedgehog信号通路的构成、途径及其在Pca中的研究进展作一综述。
No significant advances have been made in the treatment of advanced prostate cancer so far, but recent studies have shown that the Hedgehog signaling pathway plays an important role in advanced prostate cancer (Pca). This review summarizes the composition and pathways of Hedgehog signaling pathway and its progress in Pca.
