我区各级党委、政府对贯彻执行中央《紧急指示》,由于认识统一,态度坚决,措施有力,迅速刹住了破坏森林资源的歪风。从去年十月到今年四月底,全区共查出破坏森林案件1240余起,已处理了975起,没收木材6770余立方米,赔偿损失及罚款30余万元,拘留47人,逮捕判刑15人,通报批评121人,行政处分6人,党内处分5人。有力地打击了破坏森林的违法犯罪分子,教育了广大干部和群众,贯彻执行中央《紧急指示》已取得了成效。
Party committees and governments at all levels in our region immediately stopped the unhealthy trend of undermining forest resources by implementing the “emergency instructions” of the Central Government because of their common understanding, resolute attitude and effective measures. From October last year to the end of April this year, a total of 1,240 cases of forest destruction have been detected in the region, 975 cases have been handled, 6,770 cubic meters of wood have been seized, damages and fines have been seized by more than 300,000 yuan, 47 people have been detained, 15 people have been sentenced, 121 people were criticized, 6 were administratively punished, and 5 were punished within the party. They have effectively cracked down on those criminals who have broken the forest and educated all cadres and the masses. The implementation of the Central Emergency Command has achieved results.
