提高学生成绩是每一位教师殚精竭虑要解决的问题,新课标之下师生角色发生了变化,学习理念发生了变化,教师也必须改变教学策略和方法,作为多年从事数学教学的老师,我总结了如下一些经验:尊重爱护学生,走进心灵;降低难度,强化实例,让学生体会到成功的快乐;传统教学与多媒体教学相结合,达到教学效果最优化;合理布置作业,及时反馈信息;把握好方向,做好复习教学。
To improve students’ performance is a problem each teacher is trying hard to solve. Under the new curriculum standard, the roles of teachers and students have changed. The concept of learning has changed. Teachers also have to change teaching strategies and methods.
