党的十一届三中全会以来,无锡市乡镇企业异军突起,已经成为全市国民经济的“半壁江山”。十多年来,全市农村各级党组织紧紧围绕党的基本路线,自觉服务于乡镇经济的振兴,始终把乡镇企业党的建设作为整个农村党建工作的一个重点,扎扎实实进行实践和探索,逐步走出了一条适应新形势要求并具有本地特色的乡镇企业党建工作的路子。一、坚持党的组织设置与企业发展同步进行乡镇企业具有小型分散、经营层次多、调整变化快等特点。在党的组织设置上,我们坚持有利于加强党对乡镇企业的领导,有利于发挥党组织和党员的作用,有利于促进乡镇企业发展的原则,紧紧抓住三个环节:
