应用透平膨胀机制冷从天然气或伴生气中回收凝液的方法在国内已有不少油气田采用。本文用分析方法,对膨胀制冷装置的效率作了探讨,列出了计算公式。计算了在三种不同膨胀比下的效率。指出在膨胀比大于3时,效率下降很多。膨胀制冷温度在—113℃(160~0K)到—83℃(190~0K)间,效率最高。这是应用膨胀制冷的一个重要标志,对采用膨胀制冷的几个条件作了分析,对近十几年发展起来的用混合冷剂制冷作了介绍,该方法可提高制冷装置的效率。对减少传热温差而减少的损失,作了定量分析。
The application of turbo-expander refrigeration from natural gas or associated gas condensate recovery method has been used in many domestic oil and gas fields. In this paper, the À analysis method is used to discuss the efficiency of the expansion refrigeration unit, and the calculation formula is given. The efficiency at three different expansion ratios was calculated. Pointed out that when the expansion ratio is greater than 3, the efficiency drops a lot. Expansion refrigeration temperature of -113 ℃ (160 ~ 0K) to -83 ℃ (190 ~ 0K), the highest efficiency. This is an important indicator of the application of expansion refrigeration. Several conditions for the expansion refrigeration are analyzed. Refrigeration with mixed refrigerant, which has been developed in recent ten years, is introduced.
