建立在综合自动化基础上的无人值班变电站的控制中心是城网发展的必然趋势 ,这些控制中心已为值班人员提供了对系统监视、管理和控制的手段。利用控制中心SCADA系统的资源 ,开发故障诊断系统 ,为值班人员提供故障诊断 ,对保证系统安全运行 ,提高供电可靠性具有实际意义。本文分析了电网故障时所表现出的故障征兆信息 ,提出了依据开关和保护动作信息以及部分电气量的诊断故障的方法 ,该方法不局限于具体电力系统结构 ,具有较好的通用性
The control center of the unmanned substation based on integrated automation is the inevitable trend of the development of the urban network. These control centers have provided the personnel on duty with the means to monitor, manage and control the system. The use of control center SCADA system resources, the development of fault diagnosis system to provide fault diagnosis for duty personnel, to ensure the safe operation of the system to improve the reliability of power supply is of practical significance.
