试验以树莓品种Viking为试材,研究在MS培养基中添加不同浓度植物生长抑制剂ABA、PP333、CCC对树莓试管苗株高、茎粗、增殖等的影响。结果表明:0.2~4.0mg/LABA可以抑制树莓试管苗的增殖、长高和生根,当浓度大于等于3.0mg/L时,试管苗不能形成根系,且枯叶率较高;0.2~4.0mg/LPP333对试管苗增殖和株高有抑制作用,但可以促进生根,植株更健壮;5~50mg/LCCC对增殖和株高没有明显抑制作用,30mg/LCCC可以促进试管苗生根。
The experiment used raspberry variety Viking as test material to study the effects of adding different concentrations of plant growth inhibitors ABA, PP333 and CCC on the plant height, stem diameter and proliferation of raspberry in MS medium. The results showed that 0.2-4.0 mg / L LABA could inhibit the proliferation, growth and rooting of raspberry plantlets. When the concentration was higher than 3.0 mg / L, the plantlets could not form root system and the dry leaves rate was higher. LPP333 could inhibit plant proliferation and plant height but could promote rooting and plant more robust. No significant inhibition of proliferation and plant height was observed with 5 ~ 50 mg / L CCC, and 30 mg / L CCC could promote rooting of plantlets.
