竞赛主旨:通过一个非典型性中国当代城镇镇域规划与总体设计的国际竞赛作为实证研究的发端,剖析该镇域的深层内涵与文化发展线索,从中找出(规划)一条基于该用地历史文化传承以及现实条件的未来发展道路,使之既满足当地居民的一般生活与生产方式的要求,又能有效从规划与设计的角度提炼地域的文化属性与特征,并从整体上把握和引导该镇未来发展方向,通过产业转型、空间重塑,赋予鄞江独具气质的空间与环境特质,焕发居住者的生产和生活活力,打造空间与生活方式的新模式,创建自由、自在与其享民主的精神家园,为探索新型城镇化的发展道路做铺垫,力争成为中国小城镇新型发展的典范。
