目的了解广州城区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为控制登革热媒介科学合理用药提供依据。方法选择6种常用杀虫剂,采用幼虫浸渍法对广州城区(越秀、天河、海珠)白纹伊蚊幼虫进行抗药性测定。结果越秀、天河区白纹伊蚊仅对敌敌畏抗药性指数>2,属于低抗性;对其他<2,均敏感;海珠区白纹伊蚊对倍硫磷、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯抗药性指数>2,有低抗性;广州城区白纹伊蚊均对高效氯氰菊酯、残杀威敏感。结论在登革热媒介防治中,杀虫剂的选择应考虑各区抗药性情况,因地制宜,科学合理使用,方能有效控制登革热疫情。
Objective To understand the resistance level of Aedes albopictus to commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou urban area and provide the basis for controlling the rational and reasonable use of Dengue vector. Methods Six commonly used insecticides were selected and resistant to Aedes albopictus larvae in Guangzhou urban areas (Yuexiu, Tianhe and Haizhu) were determined by larva dipping method. Results Yuexiu and Tianhe Aedes albopictus were only resistant to dichlorvos with resistance index> 2, and were sensitive to all others <2. Aedes albopictus in Haizhu district was sensitive to fenthion, permethrin, deltamethrin Resistance index> 2, low resistance; Guangzhou city Aedes albopictus are beta-cypermethrin, killing Wei sensitive. Conclusion In the prevention and treatment of dengue, the selection of insecticides should take into account the resistance of each district, and should be controlled scientifically and reasonably to effectively control the epidemic of dengue.
