国内线材轧机采用的坯料多为50~65mm方坯,少数采用90mm方坯,坯料单重小,且由钢锭经初轧开坯再经小型轧机轧制的两火成材,能源和金属消耗高。当前轧钢发展的趋势是逐步减少初轧开坯工序,直接使用连铸坯,实现一火成材,降低能耗,提高收得率。一般连铸坯断面为90~150mm方坯,120mm的方坯较多。但是,目前国内的线材轧机多数不能与之相适应。现结合我厂的情况,就我们的想法和实践谈一点意见。
