Point7%,对这样一个符合预期目标、却也高于一些机构预计目标的增幅,国家统计局新闻发言人盛来运的看法是,应该说是一个不错的增长速度。增速是否存在高估?中国的GDP增长一季度、二季度都是7%,比中外很多专业机构预测的要高。英国《金融时报》刊出文章,认为中国GDP的平减指数相对较低,现在是负的,实际GDP应该比7%低才对。
