结合某钢铁有限公司680M3高炉电气自动化仪表控制系统的现场实际情况,重点阐述了亿维200和300系列PLC扩展模块合理应用于上料系统、热风炉系统、布袋除尘系统、高炉上料配电系统及画面监视、软件功能等成本系统中成功案例。本文将主要介绍上料PLC主站、本体PLC主站、热风PLC主站、布袋PLC主站等四套PLC系统组成设计方案。由于高炉是连续生产作业,针对此类钢铁厂深圳市亿维自动化技术有限公司设计了一套电气自动化仪表控制系统。本文对680M3高炉电气自动化仪表控制系统的设计应用方案进行了介绍。通过此应用证明:亿维PLC系统实现了高炉电气仪表控制完全自动化,不但降低了环境污染、减轻了劳动强度,而且还极大地节省系统成本和维护费用。
