本文通过对全国505个医学科研机构的现况调查资料的分析,采用多因素分析的方法,筛选了25个评估医学科研机构科研能力的指标,从不同角度建立了三个评估医学科研机构科研能力的计算数学模型。由这三个模型可以较全面、系统、动态地反映科研机构的科研能力的潜力,在全国同类科研队伍中的地位和科研效率。为科研管理部门实行科学化管理提供一个可行的量化管理手段。
This article analyzes the status quo of 505 medical scientific research institutes in the country and adopts a multi-factor analysis method to screen 25 indicators for assessing the scientific research capabilities of medical scientific research institutes.
