患者张×,17岁,女,工人,于1981年10月18日入院。平素体健,近一年来游走性关节疼痛。半年来乏力。近2月唾液明显减少,口唇干燥易皱裂。两眼无泪,干燥有沙磨感,从未治疗。患者自幼全身皮肤粗糙少汗,呈鱼鳞状落屑。查体:一般状态好,全身皮肤粗糙呈暗褐色鱼鳞状花纹,干燥无汗,尤以四肢伸侧及胸腹部明显,部分皮肤呈糠皮样落屑。肘膝关节以下皮肤发凉,口腔粘膜干燥,唇皲裂,舌质红,乳头明显,两眼球光泽度差,羞明。心界不大,心尖区可闻二级收缩期杂音,律齐。肺动脉区可闻三级粗糙收缩期杂音,右锁骨上、胸锁乳突肌后缘可闻来回性血管杂声,脐右上部闻血
