干部转业工作是一项政策性强、时限性紧、涉及面广、情况复杂的综合性工作。如果工作不到位,转业干部离队报到就会不顺利,就会牵扯各级领导精力,也会给单位建设带来一定影响。近年来,山东省军区转业办在开展干部转业工作方面一直很出色,他们坚持强化学习理念、丰富学习形式、健全学习制度,深入持久地开展创建“学习型办公室”活动,全面提升优质服务水平。他们的一次学习讨论,也许能给广大身处军转工作第一线的基层工作者们不小的启发。
The transfer of cadres is a comprehensive policy with strong policies, tight time limits, extensive coverage and complex situations.
