随着分子生物学在植物病理学上的广泛应用,许多病原物的无毒基因和植物抗病基因被克隆出来,加深了对植物抗病基因的功能和植物抗病机理的了解。本文对已克隆的植物抗病基因的结构及其功能、植物抗病位点的组成、新的抗病位点产生的机理以及植物抗病基因可能的进化途径进行了综述。
With the wide application of molecular biology in plant pathology, many non-toxic genes and plant disease-resistance genes of pathogens have been cloned, which has deepened the understanding of the function of plant disease-resistance genes and plant resistance mechanisms. This review summarizes the structure and function of the cloned plant disease resistance genes, the composition of plant disease resistance sites, the mechanism of new disease resistance sites and possible evolutionary pathways of plant disease resistance genes.
