外商独资经营是我国利用外资的一种重要方式。鼓励外商独资创办企业,成为我国利用外资的一个热门的课题。厦门特区外商独资企业的发展颇引人注目,可以说是我国创办外商独资企业的一个缩影。本文将对厦门特区外商独资企业的发展问题作一些分析和思考。
Foreign-owned operations are an important way for China to use foreign capital. Encouraging foreign-owned enterprises to set up enterprises has become a hot issue for China to use foreign capital. The development of wholly foreign-owned enterprises in the Xiamen Special Economic Zone is quite noticeable. It can be said that it is a microcosm of the establishment of foreign-owned foreign-funded enterprises in China. This article will make some analysis and reflection on the development of foreign-owned enterprises in Xiamen Special Economic Zone.
