在合理选择化学镀Ni-P合金和工艺条件的前提下,采用对比试验研究了搅拌速度和纳米金刚石浓度对镀层微观组织的影响,并检测了镀层的耐磨损性能。结果表明,镀液中纳米金刚石浓度相同条件下,搅拌速度为300 r/min时镀层表面形貌最好;在相同搅拌速度下,纳米金刚石加入量为6 g/L时,镀层微观组织均匀、致密,摩擦系数低并且稳定。
In the reasonable choice of electroless Ni-P alloy plating and the premise of the technology, the comparative experiment was carried out to study the influence of stirring speed and nano-diamond concentration on the microstructure of the coating, and the wear resistance of the coating was tested. The results show that the surface morphology of the coating is the best when the stirring rate is 300 r / min under the same condition of the concentration of nano-diamond in the bath.
