《新闻出版报》1993.1.27③发表署名文章,《浅议报刊发行的滑坡现象》。作者吴为奇一开头就写道:“在今年的报刊发行中,出现了发行率普遍下降的滑坡现象。尽管报刊界使出了浑身解数,仍无力回天。”可是,根据历年发行量统计资料,本刊一直保持逐年上升记录,今年上升幅度最高。(见本刊第2期第6页)其原因何在? 1993年1月11日的《新闻出版报》上发表了《从报架上看变化》一文。该文透露了一点信息:据兰州军区某部政治处吴杰同志的观察:
