“意识形态”一词曲折发展,被概念化、政治化、神化直至丑化、妖魔化,祛除学术包装和政治外衣,各种厘定粉墨登场。尤其在全球化、两种制度所谓“趋同化”的今天,有关“意识形态”的论调更是怪象迭出,文明取代论、终结论等不断混淆着人们的视听。哲学家往往对意识形态的至真旨趣怀有终极关切,人类学家则侧重意识形态的文化意蕴,政治学者似乎更愿意从意识形态的社会动员功效即其作为一种话语体系出现,经济全球化则赋予意识形态以国家利益的底色。哲学批判是理论的澄明,话语体系指向意识形态的国家治理层面,而公共外交则是意识形态在对外政策的话语呈现。如何把握意识形态在当下的真正面相,不仅是一个理论澄明的问题,还是一个关乎指导思想能否有效发挥其价值功能的实践问题。
