上海地区由于地质条件的限制,大部份大型工程采用和桩基础的形式。在浦东陆家嘴金融贸易区内正在和准备兴建的60多幢高层建筑中,绝大多数都需要打桩,而且以预制混凝土方桩为主。桩基工程作为项目施工中第一个大的分部工程,它的监理工作就显得尤为重要。一方面由于建设单位一般在开始阶段对工程建设情况不熟悉,作为监理单位有责任在投资、进度和质量方面向建设单位提供合理建议。另一方面,通过自己的工作使建设单位、施工单位了解监理工作的意义和重要性以及监理单位的实力。这二方面的工作如果不能作好,不仅直接影响到工程的顺利进行,同时也会损害监理部门的声誉和威信,使下一步的监理工作难以开展。 一、投资控制
