The tortoise-beast that has been racing many times has slowly come to the conclusion that there is no permanent enemy and only the eternal interests should be what kind of relationship should I have? The ancient interpretations are opposition, competition, death and survival, zero-sum game. However, the concept of “co-opetition” that emerged since the mid-1990s has blurred the non-black and white relations to a certain extent. What competing? Economist Mr. Li Yining has an image of the “tortoise and the hare race,” a new solution: the tortoise and the hare game several times, mutual win-lose. Later, the designated route changes in the middle of a river. So they came up with a cooperative approach: the rabbit first turtle pack on the back ran to the river, the turtle and the rabbit across the river to go, and ultimately benefit from both.
