本研究以60份高粱品系为材料,对不同高粱品系种子萌发及芽期生长耐盐性进行分析,旨在筛选出高粱芽期耐盐品系,为耐盐高粱新品种及耐盐种质资源的开发利用提供一定的理论依据,最终建立高效、快捷、准确的高粱耐盐性筛选体系。试验表明:150 mmol/L Na Cl胁迫下,60份高粱亲本材料的萌发、芽期生长指标基本都低于对照,不同品种降低幅度不同。各品种(系)发芽率呈降低趋势。其中TX430.RHMC、晋五/R111-2、SSA-1、470312CD、吉7030-2×JW等材料在盐胁迫条件下萌发指标值均较大而003533矮、9710B等材料在盐胁迫下的萌发指标表现一般,说明其对盐胁迫较敏感。本试验筛选出一级耐盐品种14个,芽期敏感品种12个。
In this study, 60 sorghum lines were used as materials to analyze the seed germination and seedling growth salt tolerance of different sorghum lines.
