改革开放以来,随着经济快速发展,职业危害日益突出,已成为影响我国劳动力人群健康的主要卫生问题.据不完全统计,除历史上积累下来几十万老职业病人外,每年全国新发生各种急、慢性职业病1.5～2万例.根据《中共中央、国务院关于卫生改革与发展的决定》和国务院对卫生部、劳动部职能配置和内设机构调整的规定,结合当前职业危害形势,现将进一步加强职业卫生工作的要求通知如下:
