如何改变铁路建设行业传统的经营方式,开拓新的融资方法与途径,进行多元化融资,优化融资结构,降低成本,提升信用等一系列重大问题已经成为我国目前铁路建设行业发展所必须面对且亟待解决的课题,更是铁路建设从跨越式发展到科学发展所必须完成的历史任务。因而有必要阐述我国铁路建设目前的现状,分析这一现状的成因,并且从公司法角度提出解决这一困境的对策。
A series of major issues such as how to change the traditional operation mode of the railway construction industry, open up new ways and means of financing, diversify financing, optimize the financing structure, reduce costs and improve credit have become the problems that must be faced in the current development of the railway construction industry in China. The urgent issue to be solved is more the historic task that railway construction must accomplish from leapfrog development to scientific development. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the current situation of railway construction in our country, analyze the causes of this situation, and put forward the countermeasures to solve this dilemma from the perspective of company law.
