Goldmann的重要研究确认,眼压的决定因素是:房水流量、房水流出阻力和浅层巩膜静脉压。Bill最近又确定了另一个因素,即色素层巩膜流出通道。这4种因素维持正常眼一生中眼压的相对稳定。本文仅对房水流出率进行讨论,试图弄清房水流出率是否随眼压的改变而发生变化,并弄清这种变化的方向和大小是否足以提示压的调节是对房水流量的反馈。
Important studies by Goldmann confirm that the determinants of intraocular pressure are aqueous humor flow, aqueous outflow resistance, and superficial scleral venous pressure. Bill recently identified another factor, the sclera of the pigment layer out of the channel. These four kinds of factors to maintain the normal ocular pressure in the normal eye during a relatively stable. This article only discuss the outflow rate of aqueous humor, try to find out if the outflow rate of aqueous humor changes with the change of intraocular pressure, and find out whether the direction and size of this change are enough to suggest that the pressure is adjusted. .
