色谱信号的基线漂移问题严重影响了分析的准确性。本文在充分利用小波函数的优良性能基础上,综合运用曲线拟合与阈值截断技术,首次提出了用于色谱信号基线校正的阈值拟合技术(TFT)。该技术能将信号中的漂移基线准确提取出来并对原信号进行校正,大大提高了分析的精度。该方法操作简单,结果准确,人为因素影响小,能使基线漂移问题得以有效解决。
The problem of baseline drift of chromatographic signals has a serious impact on the accuracy of the analysis. In this paper, the threshold fitting technique (TFT) for baseline correction of chromatographic signals is first proposed based on the good performance of wavelet function by using curve fitting and threshold truncation techniques. The technology can accurately extract the signal baseline drift and the original signal correction, greatly improving the accuracy of the analysis. The method has the advantages of simple operation, accurate result and little influence of human factors, so that the problem of baseline drift can be effectively solved.
