用高效液相色谱法测定了ISDN注射剂的含量。采用NucleosilRpC18色谱柱(250mm×4mm)为固定相,以50%(V/V)甲醇的水溶液为流动相,咖啡因为内标物,检测波长为254um。ISDN的浓度在100~350ng/ml范围内同ISDN/内标峰面积之比成很好的线性关系,回归方程为:Y=-0.0446+4.63×10-3C,r=0.9999,回收率为100.19±0.25(n=6)。该法操作简便,测定结果准确可靠。
The contents of ISDN injections were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. NucleosilRpC18 column (250 mm × 4 mm) was used as the stationary phase. The mobile phase consisted of 50% (V / V) methanol and caffeine was used as the internal standard. The detection wavelength was 254 μm. The ISDN concentration in the range of 100 ~ 350ng / ml with ISDN / internal standard peak area ratio into a good linear relationship, the regression equation is: Y = -0.0446 + 4.63 × 10-3C, r = 0.9999, recovery 100.19 ± 0.25 (n = 6). The method is simple, accurate and reliable measurement results.
