前言我教研室于1959年4月—1960年3月间曾在克山病、大骨节病患区收集到一批动物标本(表1),现抽出其心脏部分进行观察,以探讨克山病致病因素对动物之影响,并为今后实验研究选挥动物方面创造条件。方法:在大动物如牛、马、猪、狗等,心脏组织块取自心室壁及乳头肌,在鼠类,在心室部横切一片,或自心之侧缘切成两半,石腊包埋,苏木精-伊红染色。
